We’re unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted as orders are transmitted to our warehouse immediately. Sol de Janeiro will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.

If you'd like to edit your order, please email us ASAP at [email protected]. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to edit your order as it may have already shipped, but we'll work with you to submit your free return once it arrives.
