I noticed my scrub was really firm when I received it but softened up over the next few days (or vice versa). What does this mean?Updated 2 years ago

We love this formula because it has just the right amount of coconut oil to leave skin soft and nourished post-shower. Like all coconut oils, our virgin, pure pressed coconut oil solidifies at room temperature and liquefies with warmer temperatures, so depending on climate conditions or bathroom temperatures, your scrub could be softer or firmer. This does not affect performance or product quality.

If you live in a colder climate and/or are experiencing a firmer texture, we recommend warming up our scrub between your hands before using it or running warm water over the packaging to release the oils for perfect spreadability.
