My items are damaged. What should I do?Updated 4 days ago

If you receive items that were damaged during shipment and you have opted for Narvar Secure, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging. Don’t throw anything away. Then, file a claim through our online portal and upload the images as requested. This must be filed no later than 30 days after the marked delivery date.
