My package is missing, what now?Updated 8 months ago

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it's nowhere to be found: Don't panic! We've seen some carriers note packages as delivered sooner than they actually are. Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they've received the package.  

If your package is still not found, please contact the carrier to see if they can provide any additional information on where the package was left, then inform our team at [email protected] so that we can check the status of your package and assist however we can!
