 Jelly Perfume Balm has a smooth, glide-on texture that dries down with a non-sticky finish. Don’t worry about it melting, either! It’s been heat tested and only melts in extreme temperatures over 150°F. There’s also no risk of it snapping in half. You only need to twist the product up a little to swipe it on.
