No! After redeeming your reward points, they are turned into a promo code. If the promo code is not valid on the products in your cart, your code can still be used on other purchases. This cannot be undone. All promo codes can be found in your account under "Rewards History". Just copy and paste the code during checkout to redeem the discount. 

Be sure you're meeting the minimum threshold and only using your promo code on eligible products.
