We're sorry you didn't love our Brazilian beauty goodies, but returns are free and easier than ever! You can submit your return here


Please do not submit a return request for damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our team at [email protected] for assistance with a replacement or report the issue directly through our Help Center. 


Note: All replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is not available, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. 

 

Sol de Janeiro will accept full and partial returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. We will accept new or gently used items in their original product packaging only. We cannot accept partial returns for items that were purchased as part of a set or bundle. 


Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original form of payment in up to 1-3 business days. You'll receive an automatic email confirmation, and this should reflect on your bank statement within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. We apologize that we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order instead. 


Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (https://soldejaneiro.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned or exchanged to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.
