Do points ever expire?

Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This cannot be undone.

I redeemed my points on an item that isn't eligible. Did I lose my points?

No! After redeeming your reward points, they are turned into a promo code. If the promo code is not valid on the products in your cart, your code can still be used on other purchases. This cannot be undone. All promo codes can be found in your accoun
